Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) averaged 4.26 on a 5-point scale in the Ancillary Provider Survey conducted annually by the Peninsula Regional Support Network. KMHS scores were highest among mental health agencies in the region. The ratings were given by human service agencies, school districts, nursing homes and juvenile justice representatives – termed ancillary providers because they regularly collaborate with KMHS to provide services to individuals with a mental illness in Kitsap County. KMHS was rated in the areas of: responsiveness, timeliness, customer service, quality of service, collaboration and problem solving
