American Marine Bank will again have a presence in Kingston. The bank left the North Kitsap community when it sold seven branches to what was then SeaFirst Bank, and now Bank of America, back in 1988.
And two best friends will be working together for a second time. Its just going to be so much fun. Helping the Kingston community and working with Debbie again say Ann Bopp, assistant branch manager of the Kingston branch.
Bopp and Debbie Anderson, branch manager of the Kingston branch, met back in 1977 when they both were working at the banks Bainbridge Island branch.
The first phase of the bank will be a temporary facility on Lindvog. Grand opening celebrations are slated for early June. There will be all kinds of complimentary gifts, cake and coffee, just a day for the community to get to know us again, said Anderson.
