Peoples Bank recently announced that Principal Residential Mortgage has selected Peoples Bank’s real estate division as the recipient of its 2004 Platinum Eagle Award.

The national award is the highest honor a mortgage lender can receive from Principal Residential Mortgage, a leading national mortgage lender. The award is presented annually to a single Principal Residential Mortgage correspondent lender and is based on excellence in all areas of mortgage lending, including production volume, operational efficiency, credit quality, and back-office team.
