After speaking to more than 2,500 real estate agents and other self-employed individuals last year, Marianne Kingman, tax attorney and lecturer, is back with a new seminar updated with the latest tax codes for the 2004 tax season.

She will discuss the pros and cons of incorporation, the audit process from A to Z and money-saving real estate tax deductions and tax strategies. She will be presenting a basic class from 9 a.m. to Noon and an advanced class from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on March 19th at the Bainbridge Island Public Library. The cost of the class is $48, payable at the door.
