Amy Burnett soon to open
“Made in Bremerton Store”

Amy Burnett will be opening a new Bremerton business, which will be adjacent to her art gallery on Pacific Avenue. The business will be called the “Made in Bremerton Store.” Area crafts people will provide the products sold. In many cases a Bremerton theme will be showcased.

One example is photographer and marketer Patty Hoke who will be consigning cards, mouse pads and other items depicting the Manette Bridge image, or potter Bob Izzy will be creating a special line of “Park Paw Pots” featuring an imprint of a dog’s paw on clay creations.

Bremerton residents or those connected with Bremerton businesses are invited to apply. Burnett is seeking artisans who create baskets, ceramics, scarves, candles, soaps, decorative boxes, musical CDs, painted dish or glassware, etched glass, cedar products, books, drums, woven items, travel cushions, mobiles or pet related items. Only two or three persons will be selected for each product category.

The grand opening for Made in Bremerton Store is scheduled for May 7th in connection with the first Friday art-walk. For more information call (360) 373-3187.
