Kitsap Bank/Olympic Bank opens
new mortgage division in Olympia

Kitsap/Olympic Bank has announced the opening of its 26th location, Olympic Bank’s Mortgage Division at the corner of Cooper Point Road and Black Lake Boulevard in Olympia.

Area resident, David A. Bills, has been appointed Branch Manager. According to President James Carmichael, “Dave Bills not only brings a wealth of talent and experience to our mortgage lending team, but as an Olympia resident, he is extremely knowledgeable about the issues important to our South Sound customers.”

Bills comes to the Kitsap/Olympic Bank family with over 20 years experience in mortgage lending and real estate management, having spent the past 11 years in Olympia with Washington Employees Credit Union, as Construction Administrator.

“I’m excited to join the Olympic Bank team, and to offer our customers competitively priced real estate financing, with the personal touch of local decisions and local service.”

Established in 1908, 95 year-old Kitsap/Olympic Bank has grown to now operate in 26 locations in six counties throughout Western Washington; as Kitsap Bank within Kitsap County, and Olympic Bank elsewhere.
