Business has taken a new turn for Educational Training Partners. The company has opened its first office in downtown Gig Harbor. For seven years, the training group offered services in King County and has now expanded its area of operation to Pierce and Kitsap counties.

Educational Training Partners specializes in providing education, support, and guidance to organizations and individuals responsible for childcare. Utilizing contacts and resources within the early childhood and education communities, the firm provides services relevant to a diverse population. Its understanding of cultural philosophies and the implementation of anti-bias training techniques help individuals acquire the skills and resources necessary to meet the needs of children in their care.

Amber Havens, president of Educational Training Partners reports, “While our main purpose is to educate teachers and directors of early childhood programs and centers, many of the trainings are also beneficial to parents. It’s a familiar concept in several areas around Puget Sound, and we’re excited to bring it to the region between Tacoma to Poulsbo.”
