Tyler “Ty” Tabor has been named director of sales and marketing for Bremerton-based KPS Health Plans. He brings more than 15 years of experience to the insurer and holds a BS degree from Portland State University, along with a MA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird School) in Arizona. He worked as the Senior Marketing Services Director for Kaiser/Group Health Cooperative of Puget Sound NW Division in the 1990s, and most recently held the position of assistant vice president of sales and service at Regence Blue Shield of Washington.
