Clearwater Casino names employees
of the quarter

Six employees at the Suquamish Tribe’s Clearwater Casino were honored as Employees of the Quarter for Q3. They were recognized for exceeding the criteria of exemplary attendance, job performance, customer service, attitude, volunteering, and their contributions in making the Casino a better place to work. Chosen from among over 500 employees in the six different department cluster groups, the employees are:

  • Bevileane DelaRosa, Poulsbo, Club Clearwater hostess who has been with the Casino for one year.
  • Jeff Mesa, Poulsbo, EGD (electronic gaming device, or slot machines) supervisor who has been with the Casino for four years.
  • Tony Roberts, Poulsbo, table games dealer and floor supervisor who has been with the Casino for seven years.
  • Dorothy Sylling, Suquamish, maintenance department who has been at the Casino for four months.
  • Chester Sellers, Poulsbo, who been in the security department for 18 months.
  • Maggie Wallace, Suquamish, assistant supervisor in the Longhouse buffet who has been with the Casino for 18 months.

   Employees of the Quarter are awarded $100 each. One of them is then selected to be Casino Employee of the Quarter and is awarded $500.

“Customer service is a priority with us,” said Russell Steele, CEO, “And these six employees set an excellent example for others as well as provide an atmosphere of enjoyment for our Casino visitors.”

The Clearwater Casino, owned and operated by Port Madison Enterprises, is located in Suquamish between Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island at the Agate Pass Bridge.
