David Dumpert is the North Kitsap School District’s new Director of Facilities Maintenance. He has 30 years experience in management of facilities, critical systems, power plants, quality control, safety, construction and environmental programs.

Dumpert holds an MBA in Business administration. He also has been a faculty member at City University and at the University of Washington, where he taught courses in facility maintenance support.
