The four-story medical-dental building on Pacific Avenue in downtown Bremerton has been purchased by a group of Seattle investors led by Bremerton native, Wes Larson, an attorney and developer and his wife, Daphne.

The investors plan on spending over $1 million to refurbish the building and get it fully leased. When completed, the building will be renamed Pacific Place.

Mike Brown and FPH Construction will do the remodel work which is slated to begin sometime in January 2004, and will include paint, lighting and a new steel and glass awning.

Financing for the project will be provided by WestSound Bank. Doug Kitchens of Reid Real Estate is the leasing agent.
