Lexus of Tacoma at Fife has announced that it will be the title sponsor of the first ever Bremerton Alumni Golf Tournament which will be held Saturday, Sept. 20 to benefit the Chuck Semancik Scholarship Fund. The scholarship was established in 2000 in memory of legendary West High football coach Chuck Semancik, Bremerton High School students going on to further their education are eligible for this scholarship.

The tournament will be held at Rolling Hills with a shotgun start of 8 a.m. and will be followed by the Fifth Quarter lunch banquet. The event will be a four person scramble format with a hole in one contest, prizes for long drive and closest to the pin.

Cost per person is $55, while a team of four costs $200. Because of the generous support of Lexus of Tacoma at Fife, almost all of the registration fee money will go towards the scholarship fund.

Sponsorship packages start at $100 for hole sponsorships and the committee is seeking in-kind contributions for the raffle and auction.
