It’s not too late to gather your foursome and register for the seventh annual Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce Golf Scramble. This year’s event is scheduled for Thursday Aug. 21 at Wing Point Golf & Country Club. Proceeds help support the Chamber’s outreach efforts and internal operations throughout the year.

The tournament fee is $115 per player and includes greens fee, cart, two mulligans per player, two qualifying putts for a chance to win $5000 in the putting contest, dinner, prizes and other surprises. Non-golfers can attend the dinner banquet for $25.

Golfers will compete for a $20,000 hole-in-one grand prize, longest drive, and closest to the pin contest and for more than $3,000 in cash prizes. New this year is a live auction featuring some spectacular golf travel packages and special prizes.

This year’s event is underwritten by American Marine Bank and Puget Sound Energy and includes more than 40 corporate and hole sponsors.
