Northwest Care Management, Inc. of Bainbridge Island recently recognized Liberty Shores Assisted Living Community and Harbor House Alzheimer’s Community in Poulsbo administrator Sigrid Howard, as its Administrator of as Administrator of the Year 2002.

She was so honored because of Liberty Shores’ results of State survey excellence with deficiency-free inspections for the past six years, superior financial results, consistent quality assurance programs, and customer service excellence results during 2002.
