Bainbridge Island residents Jim Sutton and Norm Ferguson, are putting their 40 plus years of diverse business experience to work addressing what they term “critical needs of the Northwest business community.” The pair are both award winning speakers and active Toastmasters club participants, Ferguson is also a partner in Peak Performance Speakers. Sutton is also well known for his participation in local Boy Scout activities. The new business will be called IMPACT FORCE, an offshoot of Sutton Impact.

The pair’s business seminars and consulting will focus on what they call the “Three Workhorses” of growing a business in any economic climate: innovative selling; superior customer service; and progressive marketing — all to be implemented with transformational leadership skills.

Their approach is that is teach companies they must now aim to go beyond excellence in their efforts to “spoil customers and stun the competition.” They plan to offer specific tools, strategies and mindsets to help companies develop extreme levels of service and sales, combined with a clear focus on what Sutton calls the “Four Cornerstones of Growth.”
