Cosmo’s Deli in Port Orchard announced new summer hours beginning June 15.

Cosmo’s will stay open later on Friday and Saturday each week, offering dinner seating until 9 p.m. The popular eatery began serving dinner three nights a week last August and serves a separate dinner menu and always has entrée and appetizer specials not on the menu such as Barbados prawns or pork Scallopine.

“This is a great chance for us to be creative because dinner is a much more relaxed meal than lunch,” said co-owner Shelly Lewis.
