Dale Phelps, owner of Bainbridge Island’s Custom Printing, has added Scopes Magazine, a Trade-Lifestyle/Practice-Management magazine for Northwest Physicians and Surgeons, to the publications list of his affiliated company, Winslow Communications LLC.

Scopes was Phelps’ brainchild, developed after speaking with his friends and colleagues in the healthcare industry. Scopes premier issue hit mailboxes a week ago and featured articles like “How to manage your practice.”

Scopes has a circulation of 7,500 Washington state licensed Physicians and Surgeons in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, King, Pierce, Thurston and Kitsap counties. Visit www.scopesmag.com for subscription, advertising and editorial information.
