Kingston Chamber of Commerce past president, Tom Lamar, wolfs down a savory crepe as Paul and Heather Pluska of Jaime les Crepes Creperie cut the ribbon at the Grand Opening of their new business.

Jaime les Crepes Creperie held its grand opening on May 24th and celebrated with the Kingston Chamber of Commerces signature ribbon-cutting.
Owners Paul and Heather Pluska will proudly tell you that they are the only creperie west of Seattle, and that the batter they use to make their scrumptious crepes in Kingston is the same that creperies use in Paris.
Paul caught the crepe-making bug over ten years ago while living in Italy during one of his Naval excursions. His frequent visits to France found him always with a crepe in his hand and everything started from there.
The husband and wife team never dreamed of having a permanent location to dish out their delicacies, but the strong following at the Kingston Farmers Market and their various other mobile venues eventually demanded it.
Located in downtown Kingston, Jaime les Crepes Creperie offers a wide variety of crepes sure to satisfy any palate from savory, such as the Italian Crepe with pesto, tomatoes, and provolone, to sweet, as in the Belgian Chocolate topped with a choice of whipped cream or ice cream. In addition to crepes, the new business also offers espressos, ice cream, and Italian sodas.
