Harrison Hospital Foundation is busy organizing the 2003 Festival of Trees. The three-day community, holiday event takes place this year Dec. 5-7 at the Kitsap Pavilion and President’s Hall. In the past 16 years, more than $1.6 million has been netted to benefit Harrison Memorial Hospital.

The Foundation is looking for creative, energetic people with great organizing skills, ideas, talent and time to contribute. Committee members are already meeting monthly to plan and present the event. There are more than 35 different aspects of the festival headed by a different committee member, so no matter the time commitment or area of expertise, people are sure to find something that interests them.
