The public is invited to attend a meeting of the new Port Orchard Toastmasters Club.

A series of meetings is scheduled at The Sidney House, 155 W. Lippert in Port Orchard on May 7, May 14, May 21, and May 28 at 6 p.m.

Toastmasters is a “learn by doing” non-profit group designed to help people improve their speaking, listening, and leadership skills. At each meeting guest and members are encouraged to speak on a variety of topics and also evaluate each other to give helpful feedback that helps people improve in a friendly and nurturing environment.
