The Annapolis Water District and Karcher Creek Sewer District have a new home – The Lund Avenue Facilities Center, 2924 SE Lund Avenue in Port Orchard. The districts now share an administration building, a combined operations and warehouse building, construction equipment, and three garages for district vehicles.

To celebrate, the commissioners of Annapolis Water District and Karcher Creek Sewer District invite you to their grand opening March 27 from 4:30 to 8 p.m. There will be a tour, presentations, demonstrations, refreshments, and the opportunity to see first hand how the districts have joined forces to keep costs down.
