Health Habits For Life kicks off
at Silverdale Fitness

Billed as a “common sense approach to healthy living,” Silverdale Fitness is offering a new, six week, group program that is aimed at combining nutrition and exercise.

Lisa Campo, a Registered and Certified Dietician and Cheryl Brose, a Certified Fitness Trainer will conduct the classes. The first class will be held Jan. 6 at 7 p.m.
The program will cover the following areas:

  • Start Fresh: Taking steps to a healthier you
  • Eat Well: A healthy approach to eating
  • Move It: A healthy approach to fitness
  • Shop Smart: Grocery shopping for a healthier you
  • Fit It In: Healthy eating on the run

Campo will meet with participants weekly teaching them how to prepare healthy meals at home, what to shop for and how to eat out in ways that help them meet their health and weight loss goals.

Brose will take participants through a total cardio and resistance training circuit weekly with the goal of setting up a lifelong fitness program that actually works.

Cost of the program is $125 for members and $150 for non-members. One on one tutoring is also available. For more information, or to register, contact Silverdale Fitness at 360-698-2264.
