Honors continue to pile up for an oddly named Silver City beer. Fat Bastard beer won the Peoples Choice first place at the Washington Cask Beer Festival. This award comes just after winning a Gold Medal at the Great American Beer Festival.

“The Gold Medal is a huge national honor,” said Silver City’s Head Brewer, Don Spencer. “Combine that with major recognition at a premier Northwest beer event like the Washington Cask Ale Festival and there is no doubt that this is a very special time for all of us at Silver City.
