The Mason County Cooperative Extension Center at N. 11840 Hwy 101 will soon bring another economic development tool into play locally with a Small Business Development Center.

Currently, the nearest small business development library and service is at the Thurston County Economic Development Council in Olympia. Time and space permitting, the Economic Development Council of Mason County provides those services to a limited degree and the Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce and the North Mason Chamber of Commerce also conduct some similar work.
