The Bremerton Area Chamber of Commerce presents the “When the Going Gets Tough, the Tough Get Business!” series of classes designed for business owners and managers.

The next class exclusively for chamber members is “Customer Service... It Ain’t Just Buzz Words.” It will be held Nov. 5 at Claremont East Retirement apartments in Bremerton from 7:30 to 10 a.m. The cost is $15 which includes breakfast.

“Business owners and managers frequently tell us that they are looking for opportunities to broaden their knowledge,” said chamber Business Development Committee Chairperson, Bonnie McDade. “The Bremerton Chamber is responding to the need by offering high-quality, affordable classes at a time convenient to busy people.”
