Ailsa Adams, a 20-year Port Orchard resident and dog lover, has started up a business cleaning yards where animals roam.

“I do the job kids hate to do, parents don’t have the time to do and well Fido simply can’t do,” Adams said. “I come to your home once a week on a set day and clean up dog waste from your yard.”

Homeowners come home to a clean yard for a low fee of $5 a week for one animal, $7 for two and $10 for three dogs.

With each visit the dog gets a welcome treat doggie bone.
