Cosmo’s Deli, located next to Starbuck’s near the Bethel and Lund intersection, has announced new hours and dinner service. The popular deli will stay open later to serve dinner Thursday through Saturday, and owners Shelly Lewis and Christina Balazs have created a new dinner menu and separate wine list.

Entrees include everything from spaghetti and meatballs to swordfish picatta, depending on the whim of the chef. They begin the new dinner service even as their frozen meals-to-go service gains momentum. Busy people can stop by Cosmo’s and get a frozen lasagna or spinach pie, among other things, to take home and cook.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Reservations are not needed at this time.
