Training available for low income entrepreneurs

The Washington CASH program offers a free program to help people with limited incomes get started and succeed in business by providing training, small loans, and ongoing help.

It also helps prospective business owners set business and personal goals, develop a written feasibility study, learn the basics of cost analysis and obtain loans.

Low income is considered $17,720 for a family of one, $23,880 for a family of two and $30,040 for a family of three. The program begins Oct. 2, with classes Wednesday evenings from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Westpark Community Center, 76 Russell Road in Bremerton. Call 360-698-4088 to sign up.
