Marilyn Barnes, Susan Evans and Ed Evans are the new president-elect, president and vice president, respectively, of International Training in Communications (ITC). They are members of Puget Sound Communicators, the Kitsap chapter of ITC.

Puget Sound Communicators meet at 7 p.m. the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at Fairview Junior High in Silverdale. The next meeting is September 11. The group also offers classes twice a year in basic speaking skills and parliamentary procedure.
