Schock elected to lead PCHS board

Eileen Schock has been elected president of Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) Board of Trustees. The Seabeck resident is a partner in the Law Offices of Sanchez, Paulson, Mitchell and Schock. She has been a PCHS Board Member is 1999.

Other officers elected include Elaine Croteau, vice president; Gail Grandey, secretary; and Tina Robinson, treasurer.

Marcie Lamontagne, a patient advocate from Port Orchard, was named at a new Board member.

Community Health Plan of Washington recently awarded a $10,000 marketing outreach grant to PCHS. The grant funds will be used to develop and implement a four-month healthy lifestyles project for PCHS patients. PCHS also recently received over $19,000 worth of software from Microsoft Corporation. The donated software will help to improve access and efficiency for PCHS’ five health centers.
