Silverdale’s Photo Dynamics, Kitsap’s first one-hour photo processing business, has changed hands.

Longtime owner Terri Munter, who started the business in the early 1980s, has sold the photo processing lab to Dave and Victoria Quinn of Kingston. The sale closed on June 17.

Victoria Quinn brings more than 15 years of photographic experience to the business. Previous to the sale, she was involved in wedding photography as well as portraiture under the name Visions By Victoria. Plans call for the Quinns to combine both businesses under the Photo Dynamics name. They also plan to offer studio portraiture on site.

Dave Quinn has been in the computer business for the past 20 years, and is planning to put that experience to work in an expansion of the digital side of the business.

Photo Dynamics has been offering digital scanning and reproduction for several years, as well as the ability to download photos onto disks and CDs or e-mail them.
