Liberty Shores Assisted Living Community and Harbor House Alzheimer’s Care Community in Poulsbo recently were awarded a deficiency-free state inspection for the fifth consecutive year.

Representatives from the Aging and Adult Administration of DSHS conducted the unannounced annual inspection on July 1 and 2, and reviewed all aspects of care given — ranging from quality of medical services to quality of resident life and resident-staff interaction.
