Paladin Data Systems, Boxlight Corporation and National Insurance Professionals Corporation, all of Poulsbo and Bremerton-based Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) were selected as some of the best companies to work for in Washington State according to the June 2002 issue of Washington CEO magazine.

Boxlight, National Insurance Professionals, and Paladin were recognized in the small company (1-99 employees) category while KMHS was honored in the medium-size company (100-999 employees) category.

Companies were evaluated by a three member panel of judges and were rated on such factors as hiring and retention, communication, benefits, working environment, supervision and decision making, rewards and recognition, leadership, training and career development, and performance standards.
