 Caitlin Elmer of Bremerton was recently part of a team of Olive Garden’s culinary managers from around the country that traveled to Italy to enhance their knowledge of traditional cooking at Olive Garden’s Culinary Institute of Tuscany.
Elmer is the culinary manager at the Silverdale Olive Garden Restaurant.
