Poulsbo-based business and life coach, Maria Marsala, will be offering a “Free Friday Coaching Day” on Feb. 8 from 1 to 8 p.m. According to Marsala, the offer is meant to celebrate International Personal and Business Coaching Week, which takes place Feb. 3–9.

Individuals will be able to schedule 15-20 minute appointments with her on a first come, first served basis. The recipient of the free coaching call is responsible for calling at the scheduled time.

“Coaching is an interactive process that helps individuals and organizations develop more rapidly and produce more satisfying results,” Marsala stated.

She works with clients in areas including, but not limited to, career, transition, life/personal, executive, home business start up and marketing. “As a result of coaching, clients may set better goals, take more action, make better decisions, and more fully use their natural strengths,” she added.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the largest worldwide non-profit professional association of personal and business coaches, with more than 4,000 members and 177 chapters in 31 countries worldwide. It provides Professional, Master and Internal Corporate Coach certifications and establishes and administers standards for credentialing professional coaches and coach training agencies.

During Coaching Week, ICF members will be “Celebrating the Power of Human Potential” by educating the public on the benefits of the coaching process and illustrating the value that coaching can bring to peoples’ lives Throughout the week, coaches and their clients will acknowledge the results made through the coaching process and share their progress with others interested in learning more about coaching.
