Each year, Plant Engineering Magazine selects 150 finalists from the thousands of entries submitted worldwide for its Product of the Year competition.

This year, Bainbridge Island’s PREDICT/DLI’s SignalAQ software has been chosen.

This is the third consecutive year a PREDICT/DLI product has been named a finalist by the magazine.

SignalAQ, designed to work with the new DLI Watchman AQ-204 Data Acquisition PC card, allows a laptop PC to be transformed into an advanced analysts system, capable of determining when a machine will need maintenance. By reading and evaluating the vibrations of a pump, generator or diner industrial machinery, this system can save repair costs and unexpected downtime, while increasing productivity.

The innovative new software is Windows. 98 and Windows ME compatible and allows highly portable data analysis advanced machine troubleshooting and project management options. ibis award is recognized as the premier honor for new products in the plant engineering market.
