Express Personnel Services of Bremerton recently renewed its registration as an ISO 9002 company as recommended by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Limited of Geneva, Switzerland. ISO 9002 is an international standard for quality management, placing stringent requirements on business processes.

The registration announcement was made by Wayne Sargent, local franchise owner. Registration of the ISO quality management system not only recognizes Express’ exhaustive efforts on the part of existing clients, but also allows the company to serve all ISO registered businesses in Kitsap County.

To obtain registration, Express Personnel Services was required to satisfy numerous stringent assessments and documentation of policies and procedures. Registration requires strict adherence to guidelines for service industries, including heavy concentration on customer satisfaction and continual improvement.
