KeyBank’s new Poulsbo branch
part of larger Northwest expansion

KeyBank continues its expansion across the Pacific Northwest, with a new branch (KeyCenter) recently opening in Poulsbo.

Located at 19735 10th Street NE, which is the former location of John L. Scott Real Estate, the state-of-the-art facility features an attractive rotunda entrance, customer service areas for financial planning and transaction zones for account activity.

“Key is committed to serving customers and communities throughout this region,” said Jim Washam, President of Key’s South Puget Sound District, “and that means expanding to meet the needs of our growing customer base on the Kitsap Peninsula.”

According to Washam, the new Poulsbo KeyCenter reflects Key’s new facility design, planned with the customer’s comfort and financial needs in mind. He said it exemplifies Key’s commitment to creating a new environment for modern banking. “The design of the interior of the KeyCenter is a new approach to doing business with our customers,” he added.

Todd Gowin, who began his career with Key as a relationship manager at the University District KeyCenter in the Seattle/Bellevue District is the new sales manager at the Poulsbo KeyCenter. He transferred to Key’s South Puget Sound District in May 2001 as a business development officer in greater Tacoma. Gowin most recently served as sales manager at the Silverdale KeyCenter. Michelle Hanson is the new Key client relations leader and assistant vice president in Poulsbo. She previously held the same position at the Silverdale KeyCenter.

Key offers private banking, brokerage, insurance and small business to commercial banking, retail and more , so according to Washam, the new KeyCenter design provides customers with an orientation point as they enter through the central rotunda entrance. From there they have clear sight lines to where they need to go for specific financial needs.

The Poulsbo KeyCenter will celebrate with a grand opening week set for January 14-18. Among the activities scheduled to mark the occasion are complimentary refreshments and a Gateway computer grand prize giveaway.
