Pegasus Investment Management, LLC, one of the oldest hedge funds in the Pacific Northwest, is expanding its base of services to include financial consultation and portfolio assessments for individuals not currently subscribed to its family of funds. Founded in 1982, and based on Bainbridge Island, Pegasus uses stock index futures to help insulate portfolios against market declines in its investment partnerships.

Doug Saksa, portfolio manager and general partner, sees the current investment climate as a good time to offer its expertise to an expanded base of investors.
