Jon Rose and Dwight Sutton are the newest members of the Kitsap Regional Economic Development Council (KREDC) Board of Directors. The pair will serve out terms created by two resignations. Rose will complete Karl Jonietz’ term through the spring of 2004 and Sutton David Farr’s through the spring of 2002.

Rose is President of Olympic Property Group in Poulsbo, which is the land development arm of Olympic Resource Management (ORM). He is responsible for all ORM’s real estate operations, including commercial and residential leasing programs, land development, land sales and marketing, legislative outreach, and special projects.

Until Dec. 31, Sutton will be Mayor of Bainbridge Island. He did not seek re-election to the post. He has been active in numerous civic issues on Bainbridge Island including the construction of the new City Hall, and the recently successful $8 million open space levy. He has also served on the Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority, Chaired the Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council and is on the board of the Puget Sound Environmental Learning Center.
