Carol Arends, who is seeking re-election to the Bremerton City Council from District 7, recently received the endorsement of several members of the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC).

Arends serves on three PSRC committees, the executive board, the operations committee and the transportation policy board.

Endorsing her were Bob Edwards who is a Port of Seattle Commissioner and PSRC president; Margaret Pageler who is president of the Seattle City Council and a member of the PSRC executive board; Jan Drago who is a member of the Seattle City Council and PSRC executive board and operations committee; Richard McIver, a member of the Seattle City Council and PSRC transportation policy board; and Heidi Wills, another member of the Seattle City Council and PSRC transportation policy board.
