Novus breaks ground on new facility in P.O.

Don and Carolie Larson, owners of the local Novus Windshield Repair and Replacement franchises, have started construction on a new Novus building at 851 Bethel Ave in Port Orchard. The new 6,000 sq. ft. facility will include ten service bays and much needed additional parking. It will also house the firm’s general accounting offices for all of their stores on the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas, including those on Vashon Island and in Gig Harbor.
The Larsons have been in business locally for the past 25 years. In addition to the local shops, they also own franchises in Jefferson, Clallam, King and Pierce counties as well as in Eastern Washington, including Tri-Cities, and in Hermiston, OR.

According to the pair, the new building is needed to house the continued growth of their Novus franchise, including a new paint restoration service.

Included will be a glass warehouse and office space for commercial sales which are headed up by Larson’s twin brother Ron, who is also the manager of the Washington, Oregon and Idaho’s Novus franchisee association.
