Cardinal Media shines in competition

Poulsbo-based Cardinal Media, a corporate video and creative content production company, recently returned from the World Fest Houston International Film Festival with top honors for its film and video production. According to owner Gregory Leslie, the firm came home with three awards.

It received two gold awards — one for the Youth in Education category for “You Don’t Have to be Buzzed to be Busted,” which addresses zero tolerance laws for underage drinking. It produced the piece for the Washington Traffic Safety Commission. It received the other gold in the Corporate Image category for the documentary “Special Expeditions: Life on the MV Seabird” a story of life aboard the expeditionary cruise vessel developed to recruit potential employees.
