Dean Westcott, event coordinator of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association (GWRRA) of Bremerton, recently presented Roxanne Bryson, executive director of Holly Ridge Center with a $15,500 check. The bikers donated registration proceeds from the Nineteenth Annual Bob Merriman Washington Governor’s Run, a motorcycle event held at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds.

Included is $3,500, which was donated by Buddy Bell, managing partner of the Outback Steakhouse. Bell and his staff donated proceeds from a gourmet dinner they served at Kitsap County Fairgrounds.

The money will go towards Infant Toddler Program, a division of Holly Ridge Center, which serves children with special needs, birth to 3. Infant Toddler sites are located in Bremerton, Port Orchard and Poulsbo.
