For the fourth year in a row, Poulsbo’s Liberty Shores Assisted Living Community and Harbor House Alzheimer’s Care Community was awarded a citation or deficiency a free state inspection.

Representatives from the Aging and Adult Administration of DSHS conducted the unannounced annual inspection to review all aspects of the care given, from quality of life to resident-staff interaction.

The senior care facility located on Poulsbo’s Liberty Bay is managed by Northwest Care Management, and administrated by Sigrid Howard.
