The Silverdale outlet of Novus Windshield Repair recently hosted a regional franchise meeting and advanced training sessions for the Master Windshield Repair Certification.

The meeting was comprised of Novus representatives from six Northwest states, including Alaska. There were approximately 40 participants, including franchisees and employees.

Novus offers the only Master Windshield Repair Certification in the industry that involves both written and practical, hand-on testing. The certification testing is an eight hour process.

The Silverdale store also put on an auto painting demonstration utilizing its latest chip and ding repair products.
