The Poulsbo City Council has taken the first step towards building a new city hall campus by hiring a consultant to conduct a feasibility study.

Merritt and Pardini, will prepare the feasibility study for 2.8 acre site off of Iverson Road, immediately north of the Poulsbo Library. The City purchased the p[property last year as a possible site for a municipal campus.

The study will focus on a building program, site concepts, preferred approaches to the plan, environmental constraints, and other assessments, as well as develop a site-specific master plan for the proposed complex, which will include city administration, parks and recreation, police and district court.
