Port Orchard’s popular Cosmo’s Deli, which bills itself as Kitsap’s only authentic delicatessen and specialty food market and restaurant, has set new hours for the summer.

The eatery, located at the intersection of Lund and Bethel right next to Starbucks, will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. They are closed Sunday and Monday.

Co-owner Shelly Lewis added that they will be adding hot pasta specials to the specials menu and have already added some hot vegetarian dishes. “We’re always trying out new things and adding new things,” she said. “We get requests for everything from vegetarian to low-carb meals, and we’ve come up with some pretty tasty recipes.”
