Sound Grants, a proposal research and development company, has been started locally by former Workforce Development Coordinator at Olympic College, Beverly Kincaid.

Upon leaving her former position, Kincaid was encouraged to put her grant writing skills to work assisting non-profit and other organizations in securing funding to support their missions.
