Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company’s American Business Coverage Division recently named Bratrud Middleton Insurance its Western Region Agency of the Year for 2000. The award is for Bratrud Middleton’s participation in Fireman’s Fund’s American Business Coverage Program, which provides coverage for small, selected classes of businesses – primarily “main street” businesses such as retailers.

Bratrud was the top agent in a 13-state territory of over 1,500 agencies in Fireman’s Western Region. The award is based on multiple factors including profitability and growth.

This is the second Fireman’s Fund award given to Bratrud’s Commercial Insurance Division for the year 2000. In early March, Fireman’s awarded Bratrud Middleton its Middle Markets Agency of the Year for Fireman’s Puget Sound region. The Middle Markets Division consists of businesses with premiums of $25,000 or higher.
